We believe in equality for all & have systematized our tenant selection process.  Listed below are the qualifications:
  1.  Good rental history. 
  2.  Income equal to twice the monthly rental rate of the unit to which you are applying.
  3.  A good credit report.  It's important that utility bills are NOT in collections & that the report demonstrates reliability in paying your debts.
